Secretly, one of my very favorite things about Wednesday is the fact that the Kroger Ad comes out. I get to look at it online. I always can't wait to see what the sales are going to be that week.

My favorite sales are on meat. I particularly enjoy it when they have boneless, skinless chicken breasts for 99 cents a pound. This doesn't happen often.

We have a small freezer. It is pretty dang full right now. Stuff avalanches out of it. Andrew is in charge of rearranging everything in it.

I am a nerd.

I made the pie last night with Peaches instead of Apples...

and let me just say...

It is as fantastic as the apple-version.

(I used some canned peaches and some frozen peaches, because thats what I had on hand.)

I'm happy it turned out.

Just in case you all wanted to know. Try it with with peaches. Try it with apples. Just make it and eat it. So good.
