Secretly, one of my very favorite things about Wednesday is the fact that the Kroger Ad comes out. I get to look at it online. I always can't wait to see what the sales are going to be that week.

My favorite sales are on meat. I particularly enjoy it when they have boneless, skinless chicken breasts for 99 cents a pound. This doesn't happen often.

We have a small freezer. It is pretty dang full right now. Stuff avalanches out of it. Andrew is in charge of rearranging everything in it.

I am a nerd.

99 cents is amazing. I'm lucky to find them for $1.50!

And yeah, I get a little too excited about the Kroger ad.

And our freezer is currently the most packed that it has ever been... like I can.not.put one more thing there or it will overflow and all come toppling out. It's funny but sad, because there are more good deals that I want to buy and put in it!

haha for real, i like get all giddy when i realize i get to see the ad that day. haha. i'm so not kidding.

yeah, the 99 cent boneless skinless happens like...hm...maybe once every two months? maybe not that often, actually. but i always buy like two packs. but i should buy like six. not even joking. chicken is great.

i also love it when they have 49 cent a lb whole fryers. there are two in our freezer right now.

ok, this was so exciting: they currently have flour on sale 10/10 for a 5lb bag, and when i went to kroger, they were completely sold out, so i got a rain check that i get to use whenever i want in the next month. i love it. SUCH A GREAT DEAL. AH!

a new thing with chicken. i bought some kroger brand marinade (30 min marinade) and it is the mesquite kind with lime and i just tried it on chicken for the first time this weekend. when i opened the bottle, i was a little bummed, thinking it would taste just like bbq sauce, but REBECCA, IT WAS SO GOOD. i grilled two pieces of boneless skinless and it was SO FREAKING TASTY. the marinade got all caramelized while it was cooking, and it was SO GOOD. i highly recommend it. (way better than bbq).
